After the group is divided into teams, everybody puts on his/her number bib and off they go to the “winter games arena”, where from far the branding with company banners can be seen. Fun takes center stage with this program: when four participants cross an area on team skis, when confidence in the colleagues is necessary to go through a snowshoe course blind-folded, when creativity is vital for the construction of sledges for the final contest, when a snow sculpture is built, or when a “dangerous” icy river can only be crossed by common effort. Enthusiastically, the teams fight for every little point!
A host comments on the actions of the teams at the stations and catches the emotions in short interviews with participants. A DJ arranges suitable “après ski” music. That way, a real pro sport event atmosphere is created!
Of course there will be a winners ceremony at the party later on – rustic or exclusive, depending on your choice. First rank winners or not, all teams are there to celebrate, because after that day’s challenges everybody is a winner!
