We love what we do - What we do is dear to our hearts, based on our passion for humans and nature, for adventures that move something and encounters that shape. This is what connects all employees of faszinatour, from trainee to executive. Together, we put all hands on one string to make you feel this passion: while you are with us, and long afterwards.
We like to be ahead of the game - Already in 1986 we brought the outdoor movement from the U.S.A. to Germany. Today, more than 30 000 customers go on tour with us every year. From encounters with these people, with nature and technology, we constantly keep learning new things and transfer these experiences to new ideas and products. In the 90’s, we initiated the outdoor trend in the field of training, later we introduced canyoning in the German-speaking areas; in 2005 we built the first indoor high ropes course in Europe. In this way, we always get something new going because stagnancy is simply not our game.
We play it safe - Caring about our customers, our passion for adventure comes to a hold. Here, we consequently play it safe. For our equipment we care for the highest quality standards, even more so in training and regular schooling of our guides and facilitators. As in other areas, we like to set forth new standards in this field as well. Since our foundation, we are therefore actively engaged on several safety boards in the field even initiated own associations; In the high ropes course construction, for example, we established the severe criteria of American examination standards in Europe. This is because your safety always comes first for us.
We always give the best - Offers from the rack, one product for all? This is not our philosophy. We want you to get exactly what you really want. Because of this, our brochures and programs are only to be seen as suggestions, which we would like to adapt to your personal wishes: From the personal adventure-fun-combination to special schooling content in the field of training. In our work, we always pay attention to the highest quality standards. As an example, the quality management in our trainings is certified by DIN ISO 9001. Additional to this come intensive consulting and support because we do not want you to be satisfied, but enthusiastic.
