Trainee trainings usually have a duration of 3 days and take place outdoors for 60% of the time. Every participant will be enabled to take on the role of the team leader several times, and immediately experiences the effect of his/her leadership style, and leadership behavior through reflection and feedback.
12 trainees of company X travel to a hut in the mountains of the Allgäu, where they want to ameliorate their leadership behavior. Theories and models are the basis for numerous leadership exercises. Learning about the common tools, the trainees understand the system ‘leadership’ and ‘being lead’.
Before the training, participants will go through a skill assessment with the ARP
Day 1: Arrival, problem solving projects, hut organization, theory.
Day 2: Orienteering in two groups (GPS, compass, maps, directions, radio), theory.
Day 3: Theory, high ropes course.
Daily approx. 5 hours outdoors and approx. 3 hours of theory and evaluation.
