Trainees have to understand and learn the new role as a leader, achievement controller, motivator, and coach. It is not sufficient to be a good team player anymore, now it is rather about leading a team. Not being able to act solely on professional competence, the young leaders are asked to facilitate using emotional intelligence.
Focus: Learning of leadership behavior, self-awareness and feedback concerning individual leadership qualities, role clarification, realization, experiencing, and developing the own leadership style.
Target population: Trainees in leadership positions, and managers who have been in a leadership position for a short amount of time.
