Teambuilding

Teambuilding serves as ‘light-bulb experience’ that creates inner stability. Being an ideal source, a team can scoop off it. The production or recovery of the team spirit is the goal of teambuilding events. Teambuilding measures are unique events.

Focus: Trust building, motivation, team-work, fun

Target population: Existing workgroups or groups that have been put together recently, teams/departments which are missing or lack inner identification.
