Trainings like these are mostly applied long-term (1-3 years) and take place indoors as well as outdoors.
The management team of company Z consists of 9 executives and goes through a changing process right now. In the past, a part of these executives were centrally managed, others just joined the team recently. CEO, CFO, and COO have been reassigned and a complete new leadership will be implemented. Not considering itself a team, the management team does not act like one either.
During the first step, this team goes through an outdoor teambuilding process. In two following (indoor) workshops, the executives develop rules of cooperation, rules of external as well as internal communication, and milestones in their own team development.
After 8 months, the team operates without major issues for the most part, as upcoming conflicts are solved. Teamcoaching has been established and every two months, the team takes one day off, which is utilized as review and coaching.
Every team-coaching unit observes the evolution and questions alternative methods, behaviors, and processes in order to guarantee continuous progress. These meetings usually take place indoors.
