Being able to classify positive and negative stress is a particular effect of knowing and controlling your own behavioral patterns, as well as understanding the connection between personal processing of information and coping strategies.
We create outdoor scenarios, which parallel real situations as far as complexity and cause-effect relationships are concerned. At the end of the training, your action potential will be noticeably enhanced, and your physical as well as psychological health will be improved.
Focus: To realize, recognize, and minimize stress factors; efficient, effective, and systematic actions; coping with physical and psychological challenges; to select information; to develop coping strategies.
Target population: A max. of 12 people (leaders and employees) who are challenged extremely in their daily work.
We utilize science-based tools for the analysis, which produce reliable information about preferred thinking and actions. Partly structured feedback circles and individual consulting will give you valuable, directly realizable suggestions. You learn actively from your own experiences and expand your action competence.
