Projects need clear structures, efficient time management, and an optimal blend of expertise. Beyond that, it needs very good social abilities to live up to these standards. We hold the theoretical input as short as possible but as long as necessary. This is why you will be working on miniature projects with typical timelines and structures, which open space to make aware of, and work on behavior. People are the ones who make a project successful.
