Usually, trainings of this type are held over 1 to 1.5 days and take place outdoors to 90%.
84 top leaders meet for the annual Global Leadership Meeting (GLM). It is about numbers, data, facts of the past business year, as well as the forecast and goals of the current year.
Another goal of the GLM is the unconditional networking between people. Learning and experiencing them-selves in the outdoor setting, the executives see each other ‘without make-up’, or in other words totally real.
6 teams (put together as heterogeneously as possible) have to go through 6 different challenges. At this point, team-spirit is considered the most important factor. On the way, it happens frequently that two groups work on one challenge together – which can only be mastered successfully if the groups team up. Finalizing the day with a huge team challenge, like for example the transport of an over-dimensional globe, the evening is spent at an open air location with BBQ and music.
The next morning, findings of the previous day are processed in the seminar room. Hereby, the evaluation has its focus on balancing the experiences with the company values. As a result, a joint code of behavior is adopted.
The afternoon is at the disposal of reports from sales and marketing.
