Networking training

In the age of matrices and matrix organizations, networking has become a competence. Being in a network means to receive information, knowing the short ways, and not being afraid to contact the hierarch. The networker maintains good relationships and is socially desirable.

Companies with leaders and employees who are well-connected, are more innovative, faster, and highly productive. With ‘networking in nature’, unexpected potentials are activated to create achievement motivation. Studies in the U.S.A prove an increase of the AMI (achievement motivation index) after networking training.

Applied frequently at Global Leadership Meetings, kick-off-events, interdisciplinary conferences, and seminars, networking training has become the most successful training concept in the past years.
