Leadership trainings are modular (mostly 5-7 days) and 50% of them take place in the out-of-doors. The leaders receive valuable insights for the development of their leadership behavior and their personality.
14 leaders of different hierarchy are supposed to recognize their own leadership behaviour and balance it with pre-existing leadership guidelines. In cooperation with the in-house human relations department, we designed a four-step development-program.
1. Workshop (1 day) - Evaluation of personal position definition ARP questionnaire
2. Training (2.5 days) - Good situational leadership, self- experience in the leadership position, balance self-perception with public perception, identification of individual fields for development, models for support, 60% of the training takes place in the outdoors.
3. Workshop (1 day indoor) - Goal: Transfer of the leadership guidelines into a concrete context which will hold up in working life.
4. Individual coaching à 5 sessions will be arranged complementary, and cooperative case advise will be activated.
