You experience how you affect others (self-efficacy); you further develop your leadership style, receive open feedback, and accomplish a balance between your truth (self image) and the one of the others (public image).
Focus: Situational leadership, stress management, and work-life-balance, constructive criticism, goal-oriented thinking, competent decision-making, and consequent actions.
