Low rope elements

Mowhawkwalk

The Mowhawkwalk is lining up of different low element exercices (f.e.: Wild Whoosey, timbers, steel cable). The length of the exercises is varied between 5 and 8 m. The task of the group could be for instance to get altogether from the starting to the finish point without touching the ground. In this case the participants have to support each other and form a team. For a change it is possible that every second or even each participant except for one can be blindfolded.

Spider Web

The job for the participants at the Spider Web (approx. 2 x 2 m) is to find a way for all of them through it within 20 minutes. The web has meshes with an size of approx. 30 x 40 cm each, whereas every mesh should only be crossed one-time without touching the web threats. For coping the task the participants should develop a plan how they will work togeter before starting.

Team - Wall

The Team-Wall is an approx. 4 m high and 4 m broad vertical wooden wall, which should be crossed by a team without any further aid. Because of the height and for safety reasons the participants have to help one another. After exceeding the wall it is not allowed to help active climbing participants. Therefore the group should plan its activities before the first starts with the overcoming of the wall.

Team Whale Watch

The approx. 2 x 4 m big Team Whale Watch can be used in several versions. The basic meaning of that element is that the participants attempt to balance the platform trying hard to avoid touching the ground.

Traffic Jam

The Low element Traffic Jam exists of a timber crossbar. At the beginning of the exercise all participants place themselves in arbitrary order on it. After this they are called upon to form a new line from the left to the right under certain criteria. For example they have to get in a line after the birthdays or initial letter of the names of all participants (creativity are no borders set). For instance it is also possible to accomplish this exercise "non-verbally".

Trust Fall

In this exercise a participant can fall backward out of approx. 1.50 - 1.80 m height, literally speaking into the arms of the colleagues. For safety reasons the group gets some instructions from the coach before starting the activity. A successful accomplishment depends also here on every member of the team.

Wild Whoosey

The Wild Whoosey exists of a steel cable strained to a triangle among three trees in a height of approx. 30 cm. The task is that a couple (2) of people tries to get from one corner of the triangle to another. Whereat both participants are neither allowed to walk to the same corner nor on the same cable nor to touch the ground. For solving the problem the participants have to help one another by physical contact.

Zick Zack

The task of the Zick Zack is that a group of people has to cross an area of approx. 3 x 6 m without contacting the ground. For solving the mission the participants can use wooden beams, which have to be laid in special prepaired stumps with notches. These stumps are let into the ground in a distance from approx. 2.5 m. There are so many beams available as planned intervals. Beside balancing the group has to find finally a solution for finishing the task with a too short last beam.
