fazinatour has the most experience of building High Ropes Courses of anyone in Europe. We have worked for many different companies and have custom-built many different types of High Ropes Courses. Through having three High Ropes Courses of our own and over 20 years of guiding outdoor activities we are well qualified to advise in everything about High Ropes Courses, from planning and building through to marketing and running safe fun programs.
Building
Through the use of free standing telegraph poles held together with steel cables anchored to the ground with concrete foundations it is possible to construct a high ropes course in areas free of trees as well as in areas of wood land. Indoor High Ropes Courses (SkyTrail) can be designed and put together with steel construction techniques.
Design & Planning
The design and planning for a high ropes course requires a meeting to talk about any special needs, to decide which elements want to be used, and the approximate budget for the construction. The ideal place for this is at our very own High Ropes Course by Sonthofen/Allgeau. Afterwards we can look at your proposed building ground, come up with a design with all the technical details and an exact cost analysis.
Inspection & Maintenance
High Ropes Courses should be checked yearly by qualified inspectors. faszinatour can take care of this in the form of a maintenance contract.
Training & Courses
Safety first is our main priority on every High Ropes Course. The operation of a High Ropes Courses requires a minimum of 2 qualified guides. The Instructors and guides from faszinatour are all trained to the standards of the American Organization - ACCT.
Team Initiative Elements
To complement our High Ropes Course we also offer Low Rope Elements, which as the name implies are near the ground, and are mainly used for team trainings. Examples of these elements are: spider's net, the teamwall, zig-zag, river crossing etc.
Equipment
Through our partners we can help you to acquire the necessary equipment to operate your High Ropes Course (helmets, safety ropes, carabiners, harness etc.).
