You now have three years in which to integrate them into your enterprise, teach them important skills, and accompany their personal growth. Often, there are limits to how well you can do that in the workplace.
The best place to develop soft skills like communication, motivation and responsibility (as well as organizational and project management abilities) is in a team environment. In surroundings that actively support new experiences, far away from daily business and seminar rooms. And supported by a method that relates these experiences to everyday life, ensures long-term development, and bonds trainees to your company by firing their passion and enthusiasm too.
